She has been engaged in pediatric clinical work since graduating in 1999, with 23 years of clinical experience. She completed a one-year advanced training in the Emergency Department and PICU of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics in 2008; a six-month advanced training in the PICU of Children’s Hospital of Fudan University in 2014; and a six-month further study on pediatric bronchoscopy technology in the Respiratory Intervention Department of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University in 2023.

She is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring pediatric diseases, emergency rescue of pediatric critical illnesses, and skilled in pediatric bronchoscopy operations. She has accumulated rich clinical experience in the management of sepsis, shock, severe pneumonia, chronic cough, asthma, acute and chronic diarrhea, etc.

She masters a variety of pediatric monitoring and rescue techniques, including endotracheal intubation, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, ventilator application, pediatric bronchoscopy, and central venous catheterization.

With benevolent medical ethics and exquisite professional skills, she has been highly recognized by the families of young patients. She has treated tens of thousands of children in total and has repeatedly received thank-you letters and silk banners from patients. She has published more than 10 papers in national and provincial academic journals, authored one monograph, and participated in pediatric science popularization activities for many times.
