He graduated from Hengyang Medical College (School of Medicine, University of South China) in 1999, and pursued postgraduate studies at Guangxi Medical University from 2007 to 2010.He worked at the Third Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from July 1999 to September 2007, and served in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2010 to April 2013. He has been working at Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital since April 2013.

He has published 2 SCI papers and more than 10 articles in Chinese core journals and statistical source journals, and has authored or co-edited 5 academic books. He has been repeatedly awarded the honors of Outstanding Physician of the Hospital and Outstanding Communist Party Member of University of South China. He has participated in a number of provincial, municipal and district-level research projects.

He has long been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, and is proficient in a variety of respiratory endoscopic techniques and respiratory therapeutic technologies. He has pioneered multiple technical procedures in the hospital, including: transbronchial lung biopsy and mucosal biopsy, transbronchial balloon dilation, transbronchial snare resection of airway tumors, APC and high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under respiratory endoscopy, endoscopic cryotherapy and cryo-lung biopsy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), endoscopic microwave and laser ablation, bronchoscopic stent implantation, diagnostic and therapeutic medical thoracoscopy, painless respiratory endoscopy, CT/ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary and mediastinal masses, percutaneous pleural biopsy, thoracic catheter drainage and intrapleural perfusion chemotherapy, as well as invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

He has long specialized in the diagnosis and management of respiratory diseases and possesses extensive clinical experience in the rescue and treatment of respiratory and critical care patients. His expertise covers the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer, pulmonary infection and severe pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, lung abscess, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism and pulmonary vascular diseases, interstitial lung disease, respiratory critical illness and respiratory failure, as well as intractable respiratory disorders. His sub-specialties include respiratory intervention, pulmonary nodules and lung cancer, acute and critical respiratory diseases, respiratory infectious diseases, pulmonary embolism and interstitial lung disease.

His exquisite medical skills have won wide recognition among patients. He has treated over ten thousand patients in total and completed more than 5,000 respiratory endoscopic examinations and interventional procedures. He has frequently received thank-you letters and silk banners from patients.

Since engaging in medical practice, he has authored numerous health popular science articles and regularly carried out health education activities on World Asthma Day, World Tuberculosis Prevention Day, World No Tobacco Day, and World COPD Day.
