He graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Shandong Medical University in 1997, and has been engaged in clinical anesthesiology since graduation.

From July 2016 to July 2017, he received advanced training at the Anesthesiology and Operating Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital (301 Hospital) in Beijing, and was awarded the title of Outstanding Advanced Trainee.

From August 2018 to February 2020, he participated in the medical assistance mission to Xinjiang organized by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and was honored as Outstanding Medical Expert for Xinjiang Medical Assistance.

He has published 8 academic papers in total.
