He graduated from Jilin Medical College, majoring in Anesthesiology, with 31 years of clinical practice in anesthesiology. He has presided over and successfully completed two scientific research projects of Longhua District, both of which have been finalized and accepted.

He is fully capable of emergency anesthesia management and resuscitation for acute and critically ill patients. He is proficient in anesthesia for cardiac surgery, geriatric anesthesia, and anesthesia for patients with complex and intractable conditions, and has precise command of core anesthetic techniques including controlled hypotension, central venous catheterization, and invasive arterial puncture.

In clinical work, he always adheres to the patient-centered principle, upholds the mission of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying, and attaches great importance to humanistic care for patients. He upholds the core leadership of the Communist Party of China and serves the people wholeheartedly.
