She currently serves as Standing Committee Member of the Thyroid Health Branch of Guangdong Health Care Association; Member of the Diabetic Foot Group of the 3rd Endocrinology Physician Committee of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association; Member of the Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases Committee of Shenzhen Health Management Association; and Member of the Osteoporosis and Gout Group under the Endocrine and Metabolic Physician Branch of Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association.

She has been working at Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital since her graduation in 1999, accumulating 23 years of clinical experience. She received one-year advanced training in the Department of Endocrinology at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital in 2010, another one-year further training in the Department of Endocrinology at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in 2012, and professional training in thyroid ultrasound and nodule ablation at the Department of Ultrasound, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University in 2016.

She specializes in microwave ablation for thyroid nodules and the management of acute and chronic complications of diabetes. She is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid diseases, gout and hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis, refractory hypertension, as well as pituitary, adrenal and gonadal diseases. She has treated more than 80,000 patients. She is responsible for departmental cultural construction and health science popularization, and regularly participates in free medical clinics and public education activities on World Diabetes Day and Hyperuricemia Day. In the past five years, her department has achieved zero mortality with a rescue success rate close to 100%.

She has presided over 2 scientific research projects in Longhua District and participated in multiple provincial, municipal and district-level research projects. She has published more than ten academic papers in national and provincial medical journals.
