He currently holds multiple academic positions, including Member of the Cerebrovascular Disease Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Medical Association; Member of the Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Control Group under the 1st Cerebrovascular Disease Committee of Guangdong Medical Association; Standing Committee Member of the Medical Quality Management and Promotion Branch of Guangdong Stroke Society; Standing Committee Member of the Neurology Branch of Guangdong Health Management Association; Chairman of the Community Stroke Prevention and Treatment Branch of Shenzhen Stroke Society; Deputy Team Leader of the China Stroke 120 Shenzhen Special Action Group; Expert of the Shenzhen Health Education Expert Panel; Vice Chairman of the 1st Brain and Neurological Diseases Committee of Shenzhen Health Management Association; Standing Committee Member of the Neurology Committee of Shenzhen Medical Association; and Review Expert for Guangdong Medical Research Fund Projects.

He graduated from Suzhou Medical College (Soochow University) in 1993. He received advanced training in hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Xiangya Hospital of Central South University in 2000, and further professional training in neurology at Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, from 2001 to 2002.

He has presided over 2 department-level scientific research projects including Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 university teaching reform project, and 1 district-level science and technology development fund project. He has undertaken one Shenzhen-Hong Kong Joint Fund project and participated in more than ten national, provincial and municipal research projects. He has published 7 SCI-indexed papers and over 40 articles in provincial and national Chinese medical journals. Under his leadership, the hospital has successfully been accredited as a Stroke Center, a Model Stroke Prevention and Treatment Center, and a Comprehensive Stroke Prevention and Treatment Center certified by the National Health Commission Stroke Prevention Engineering Committee.

He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, headache, dizziness and complex neurological disorders. He is proficient in managing common neurological diseases and possesses unique clinical insights into cerebrovascular diseases, headache and dizziness. He has extensive experience in peripheral neuropathy, central nervous system infectious diseases, and central neurodegenerative diseases. He has been widely recognized by patients and has treated tens of thousands of patients, including numerous out-of-town patients.

Adhering to the medical motto: "Every minute counts in rescue; cognition determines recovery", he believes that an excellent physician should not only treat diseases but also popularize health knowledge. He has long been committed to community health education to publicize that stroke is preventable and treatable. He has organized and implemented the stroke high-risk population screening and intervention project, a people’s livelihood initiative supported by the National Health Commission and Longhua District government. In the past four years, nearly 9,000 people have received free screening and standardized intervention.
