He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Beihua University School of Medicine and completed his master’s training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2008. He received advanced training in neurology and neurointervention at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and further specialized training in neurointervention for hemorrhagic and ischemic cerebrovascular diseases at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. He has also attended multiple short-term advanced training courses on neurointerventional techniques at Beijing Tiantan Hospital and Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University.

He has participated in one scientific research project sponsored by Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, one project from Songyuan Municipal Department of Science and Technology, and one research project funded by Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. He has compiled 5 academic monographs as chief editor and associate editor, published 7 SCI-indexed papers, and more than 10 articles in national core and provincial medical journals.

He has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases since 2005, with 17 years of rich clinical experience. He specializes in interventional therapy for ischemic and hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases. His proficient fourth-level interventional procedures include cerebral angiography, carotid artery balloon angioplasty and stenting, vertebral artery balloon angioplasty and stenting, basilar artery balloon angioplasty and stenting, middle cerebral artery balloon angioplasty and stenting, mechanical thrombectomy and aspiration for acute intracranial arterial occlusion, recanalization of non-acute intracranial and extracranial arterial occlusion, as well as interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysms, cerebrovascular malformations and cerebral arteriovenous fistulas.

He is competent in the diagnosis and management of common and frequently-occurring neurological diseases, including dizziness and vertigo, headache and cervicobrachial pain, sleep disorders, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, anxiety, depression, dementia, cognitive impairment and memory decline, tremor, Parkinson’s disease and Parkinsonism, limb convulsions and various types of epilepsy, peripheral facial paralysis, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, central nervous system demyelinating diseases, and central nervous system infectious diseases.
