Sha Tieliang is a Chief Physician and holds a Master of Medicine degree. He serves as a council member of the Dermatology Branch of the First Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association, and a council member of the Allergy Professional Committee of Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Venereology Expert Group of Longhua District, Shenzhen.

He completed a six-month advanced training in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 2005. He has received multiple municipal merit citations in Mudanjiang City, including the First Prize for Municipal New Scientific and Technological Medical Achievements, and has been recognized as a leading professional talent. He was also awarded the Second Prize for Provincial New Scientific and Technological Medical Achievements in Heilongjiang Province.
