Holding a Medical Doctorate and completing postdoctoral research at Indiana University, USA, he is recognized as a Tier-2 Talent of Hebei Provincial "333 Talent Project" and a High-Level Introduced Talent of Longhua District, Shenzhen. He previously acted as the Academic Leader of the Department of Hematology at Hebei General Hospital and Vice Chairman of the Hematology Branch of Hebei Pharmaceutical Association. Equipped with extensive clinical experience, he specializes in the individualized treatment of malignant hematological diseases, including intractable and critical hematological disorders such as leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. He is proficient in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, anemia and other hematological diseases. He masters advanced techniques such as autologous stem cell transplantation and minimally invasive umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation for patients with transplantable malignant hematological diseases.

With more than 20 years of medical practice, he has treated thousands of patients. He has been repeatedly awarded honorary titles such as Advanced Medical Worker, Outstanding Medical Admission Practitioner, Outstanding Research Scholar and Excellent Communist Party Member.
