Engaged in psychiatric clinical practice and general clinical work for nearly 20 years. He received advanced training in mental health at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. He founded a county-level psychiatric specialized hospital and established the Department of Psychiatry in a tertiary hospital. He has been repeatedly awarded the honor of Advanced Individual in Shenzhen Mental Health Service and Annual Advanced Individual of the hospital.
