With 30 years of clinical experience, he once worked at Xinjiang Provincial People's Hospital and served as an Associate Professor at Xinjiang Medical University. His research focus is on urological tumors. He has published more than ten relevant papers in domestic core journals. Having been engaged in clinical medicine for nearly 30 years, he has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring diseases in urology and andrology. He is proficient in various open and minimally invasive urological surgeries. He has long been committed to the research of urological tumors and is well-versed in domestic and international diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for tumors.

He serves as Member of the Minimally Invasive Group of the Urology Branch of Guangdong Medical Association; Member of the Urology Branch of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association; Member of the Urology Committee of Shenzhen Medical Association; Standing Director of the Urology Branch of Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association; and Director of the Andrology Branch of Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association. He has presided over 3 municipal and district-level research projects and published more than 10 academic papers in domestic and international journals, including 5 SCI-indexed articles. Additionally, he has participated in compiling one medical monograph.
