Education & Training Background

Graduated from the Endocrinology Program, Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University, a National Key Discipline. Received advanced professional training in the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Department of Endocrinology, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.

With 29 years of clinical experience in metabolic endocrinology, having diagnosed and treated over 100,000 patients accumulatively, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical metabolic and endocrine diseases.

Scope of Diagnosis and Treatment

Refractory hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), obesity, diabetes mellitus and its acute and chronic complications, gout and hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis, thyroid diseases, pituitary-adrenal diseases, gonadal diseases, water and electrolyte disorders and other related conditions.

Public Health Promotion & Department Achievements

He attaches great importance to carrying out various forms of health science popularization. Every year, he leads the team to conduct free clinics on World Diabetes Day and holds online popular science lectures on hyperuricemia. The endocrinology department under his leadership has achieved zero mortality in the past 5 years, receiving extensive recognition and gratitude from patients.

Scientific Research Achievements

He has presided over and participated in 2 national research projects, 1 provincial major project, 5 provincial projects, 2 municipal projects and 3 district-level projects. He has published 3 papers in SCI Q1 journals and more than 30 papers in other SCI core journals.

He has successfully established the Longhua District Key Laboratory for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Endocrine Diseases, providing localized medical solutions for residents in Longhua District and surrounding areas, and effectively saving patients' time and economic costs.
