He graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Medicine from Southern Medical University in 2005, obtained a Master’s degree in Surgery (General Surgery) from Southern Medical University in 2008, and earned a Doctoral degree in Human Anatomy, Histology and Embryology from Southern Medical University in 2018. He studied under the supervision of Academician Zhong Shizhen, the founder of clinical applied anatomy in China. He has worked and received advanced training at Nanfang Hospital and The First People's Hospital of Guangzhou successively.

He has presided over 2 provincial-level research projects in Guangdong, 1 central university research project and 6 municipal-level research projects. He has published over 20 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author, among which 7 are included in SCI.

With 15 years of working experience in General Surgery (specializing in Gastrointestinal Surgery), he possesses broad clinical vision and solid theoretical foundation. He is proficient in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of common and critical gastrointestinal surgical diseases, including massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage, severe abdominal infection, and benign and malignant gastrointestinal tumors. Skilled in surgical operations, he excels in minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.

He has treated thousands of patients in total and completed nearly 500 minimally invasive surgeries for gastrointestinal tumors with satisfactory clinical outcomes. He frequently participates in off-site medical consultations and surgical operations. He was once invited to a large tertiary Class A hospital in another province to perform surgery for a nonagenarian patient with colon cancer, which was completed successfully, winning high recognition from peers for his professional medical skills.
