He currently holds academic positions including Director of the 2nd Council of the Hematology Physician Branch, Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association; Member of the Hematology Disease Committee and Cellular Immunology Committee, Shenzhen Health Management Association; Director of Guangdong Hematological Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Safety Promotion Alliance; Member of the Hematology Branch, Guangdong Medical Safety Association; and Member of the Clinical Skills Training and Guidance Committee, Guangdong Primary Medical Association.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Changzhi Medical College and obtained his master’s degree from Shanxi Medical University in 2015. He completed advanced training at Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, and received short-term professional training at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.

He has presided over one scientific research project funded by Longhua District. He has published six academic papers in Chinese national core journals, provincial journals and SCI-indexed journals, and compiled two professional academic monographs.

With 17 years of clinical experience in hematology, he possesses broad clinical insights. He specializes in the precise diagnosis and individualized targeted treatment of leukemia, myeloma and lymphoma based on MICM classification. He has extensive clinical experience in micro-transplantation for elderly patients and patients with low-to-intermediate risk acute myeloid leukemia, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and immunotherapy for aplastic anemia.

His clinical scope covers various hematological disorders, categorized as follows: 1. Anemia of diverse etiologies, including nutritional anemia, hemolytic anemia, hereditary anemia and aplastic anemia; 2. Leukocyte-related diseases, such as acute and chronic leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome and secondary leukopenia; 3. Coagulopathic diseases, including primary immune thrombocytopenia, allergic purpura, congenital and acquired hemophilia, and other coagulation disorders caused by clotting factor deficiency; 4. Lymphatic system diseases, including lymphoma, myeloma and amyloidosis.
