Department of General Practice, Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital

Established in 2017, the Department of General Practice currently has 21 staff members, including 11 physicians and 10 nurses. Among the team members, holders of senior professional titles account for 36%, intermediate professional titles 43%, doctoral degree holders 29%, and master’s degree holders 50%.

The department mainly undertakes general medical services, teaching and training, as well as scientific research tasks, and is positioned to focus on three core work priorities: general clinical practice, academic research and professional training.

Upholding the core values of simplicity, dedication, execution and social responsibility, the department was accredited as a Shenzhen Municipal Key Medical Discipline in 2020. Standing at a new starting point and embarking on a new journey, the department remains true to its original aspiration, advances steadily forward, pursues the dream of general medicine, and contributes professional strength to the construction of Healthy Longhua and Healthy China.
