The Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the Longhua Branch of Shenzhen Primary-level TCM and Preventive Disease Treatment Center, the Shenzhen Training Base for TCM Appropriate Technologies, and the Shenzhen TCM Rehabilitation Medical Quality Control Center.

The department has recruited Professor Ke Xinqiao, a Famous TCM Physician of Shenzhen. It takes the inheritance of traditional TCM diagnosis and treatment as the essence, adopts the team-based diagnosis and treatment model, and focuses on regulating the spirit, mind and physical body. Clinically, it applies integrated internal and external therapies to treat diseases, shorten the course of illness and improve curative effect, fully embodying the advantages of TCM holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The annual outpatient volume of the department exceeds 50,000 visits.

The department consists of TCM Outpatient Clinic, TCM Inpatient Ward, TCM Traditional Therapy Area, and TCM Preventive Disease Treatment Center.
